Martin Stiegwardt appointed men’s tennis assistant coach at Louisiana State University

LSU men’s tennis head coach, Jeff Brown, announced that Martin Stiegwardt is appointed as the new assistant coach. Stiegwardt spent the last 3 seasons at Auburn and before that he worked as an assistant coach of both programs at Virginia Commonwealth University. Martin will replace Danny Bryan in that position, as Bryan moved to Wichita State. In 2014, Stiegwardt helped Auburn to send twp players into the NCAA Individual Championships, and the team appeared at the NCAA Championships for the 16th straight year. Under his guidance, Lukas Ollert and Marko Krickovic had a very good season in 2015, and while he was at VCU, both teams have won consecutive Conference titles.
