Grichuk exits with left lower back tightness

ST. LOUIS — Randal Grichuk exited Thursday’s game against the Rockies after three innings due to lower back tightness on his left side, the Cardinals announced. He was replaced in center field by Jeremy Hazelbaker to open the fourth.
