Wayne Selden Injury: Updates on NBA Prospect’s Recovery from Knee Surgery

Kansas Jayhawks guard Wayne Selden reportedly will not participate in on-court drills at this week’s NBA Draft Combine after undergoing surgery to repair a small meniscus tear in his right knee.

Selden Will Still Attend Draft Combine Tuesday, May 10
According to The Vertical’s Shams Charania, Selden will take part in the predraft process, but he’ll only conduct interviews and undergo medical exams during his stay in Chicago.
Charania added that Selden played through the injury during a portion of his junior season with the Jayhawks. The 21-year-old then underwent the procedure once the Jayhawks were bounced in the Elite Eight by the Villanova Wildcats.
