EdgarsKrumins 30-year old swingman Edgars Krumins (194-G/F-86) had a great game in the last round for second-ranked Jelgava and receives a Eurobasket.com LBL2 Player of the Week award for round 9.He had a double-double of 39 points and 13 rebounds, while his team beat VeA (#5, 2-8) 88-75. Jelgava maintains the 2nd position in their group in Latvian LBL2. They are still close to the very top. Jelgava would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 9-2 record. In the team’s last game Krumins had a remarkable 66.7% from 2-point range. He turned to be Jelgava’s top player in his first season with the team. Krumins has impressive league stats.
