LateefMcMullan 26-year old point guard Lateef McMullan (180-PG-90) had an amazing evening in the last round for Liepaja/Triobet and receives a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 6.He had the game-high 23 points adding two rebounds and five assists for Liepaja/Triobet in his team’s victory, helping them to beat Parnu (#7, 0-4), the league’s bottom-ranked team 90-76. Liepaja/Triobet maintains the 4th position in Baltic League . They would have been even better if they hadn’t lost two games earlier this season. Liepaja/Triobet will need more victories to improve their 3-2 record. In the team’s last game McMullan had a remarkable five three-pointers out of 10 attempts. He turned to be Liepaja/Triobet’s top player in his first season with the team. Portland State University graduate has very impressive stats this year. McMullan is in league’s top in points (4th best: 18.4ppg) and assists (2nd best: 6.6apg).Second best performed player last round was Justin Baker (203-F/C-89) of Tarvas.
