GilbertBrown American Forward Gilbert Brown (198-F-87) had an amazing evening in the last round for Ironi Nahariya, receiving a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 1.The 29-year old player was the main contributor (38 points, five rebounds and two assists) to as his team Ironi Nahariya moved-up to the 11th position in Israeli Winner League. In the team’s last game Brown had a remarkable 71.4% from 2-point range and got four three-pointers out of 6 attempts. It’s his second year at Ironi Nahariya and it’s hard to imagine this team without him. Former University of Pittsburgh star has very solid stats this year. The second best player in last round’s games was 26-year old American Murphy Holloway (201-F-90) of Galil Gilboa. Holloway had a very good evening with a double-double of 20 points and 10 rebounds.
