Turkey – Drame number one in Turkish TBL for round 2

OusmaneDrame Guinea-American Forward Ousmane Drame (206-F-93) put on an amazing game in the last round for Samsun, receiving a Eurobasket.com TBL Player of the Week award for round 2.The 23-year old player had a double-double of 16 points and 15 rebounds, while his team crushed Mugla Orman (#17, 0-2) with 18-point margin 85-67. Samsun is placed at 4th position in Turkish TBL. But it’s just the very beginning of the season and Samsun won both games without losing any. It’s too early to say anything as the standings can be changed completely after next round. Drame turned to be Samsun’s top player in his first season with the team. Former Quinnipiac College star has very solid stats this year. Drame is in league’s top in rebounds (4th best: 13.0rpg) and averages impressive 58.8% FGP.The second best player in last round’s games was 25-year old Cenk Sekeroglu (203-F-91) of Akhisar Bld.
