Unlucky break for Lynch at Cork

Jockey Andrew Lynch faces about two months on the sidelines after suffering a fractured right humerus in a fall at Cork on Sunday.
The jump rider sustained the arm injury in a tumble from Idee Emery at the sixth flight in the corkracecourse.ie Mares’ Maiden hurdle.
“Andrew has a fractured right humerus. He’ll be out for two months at least,” said Dr Adrian McGoldrick, the Irish Turf Club’s senior medial officer.
