Murray seeded No 2 for US Open

Andy Murray has been seeded second for the US Open men’s singles despite making all three Grand Slam finals this year.
Fellow Briton Johanna Konta has been selected 13th in the women’s singles draw, a career best for the player who is ranked 14th overall in the world.
Murray will go into the US Open after this month becoming the first male tennis player to win two Olympic gold singles titles, beating Juan Martin del Potro at Rio 2016.
