Pulis urges Evans to stay

Tony Pulis has urged Jonny Evans to stay at West Brom amid speculation linking him with a move to Premier League rivals Arsenal.
The Northern Ireland centre-back has been linked with a £15m move to Arsenal in the national press, with Gunners boss Arsene Wenger keen to strengthen his defensive options after losing Gabriel and Per Mertesacker to injury.
Evans only joined West Brom from Manchester United last August and started the club’s 1-0 opening day victory over Crystal Palace last weekend.
Ahead of his side’s home match against Everton on Saturday, Pulis insisted he wanted to keep the 28-year-old, but refused to rule out his potential departure.
