Joe Cordina is the only fighter flying the Union Jack on a day that will see Team GB regroup.
The only Welshman in the team of 12 out in Rio will take on Hurshid Tojibaev of Uzbekistan, in the last 16 of the lightweight competition.
Lightweight Cordina was one of three Great Britain fighters who made a winning start on the opening day but will try to lift spirits after a tough Tuesday that saw three fighters knocked out of their events.
