Creggs set for Matron mission

Andrew Slattery could strike a blow for the smaller trainer by launching a two-pronged attack on the Group One Coolmore Fastnet Rock Matron Stakes at Leopardstrown next month.
The Thurles handler gave entries in the one-mile feature to Creggs Pipes and Planchart and both staked claims to be in the line-up by winning at the Galway Festival last week.
