Liverpool Transfer News: Latest on Mattia De Sciglio and Ludovic Blas Rumours

AC Milan full-back Mattia De Sciglio has rejected a move to Liverpool, per CalcioMercato (h/t Alex Harris of the Daily Star).

According to the report, the Italy international has also snubbed an offer from Serie A outfit Napoli, who have received a significant windfall recently following the £75.3 million sale of Gonzalo Higuain, per the Guardian and Reuters.

According to CalcioMercato, the 23-year-old, who can play on either flank of a back four, would only be willing to ditch the San Siro club should reigning Italian champions Juventus show an interest.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has been eager to enhance his defensive options in the close season, recruiting Joel Matip from Schalke and Ragnar Klavan from fellow German outfit Augsburg.
