In the co-main event of the evening, Rose Namajunas and Karolina Kowalkiewicz put on a back and forth brawl which shone a further spotlight on the surging women’s 115 lbs strawweight division.

Namajunas started strong, and found a home for her right hand several times throughout the fight, but as the bout progressed, Kowalkiewicz–the polished Polish striker–landed several hard knees to the body which paid dividends as the fight drew to a close and earned her a split decision victory.
