We asked, you responded: As owner Bill Foley, adviser Murray Craven and GM George McPhee and the gang mull over nicknames for the Las Vegas expansion team that is to take the ice for the 2017-18 season, we have the following suggestions — to not use. It’s perfectly fine if these stay in Vegas.
