2016 US Open Wild Card Challenge – Mitchell Krueger is the leader of the pack after Binghampton

This year’s men’s US Open Wild Card Challenge started last week at the Challenger in Binghampton, with tournaments in Lexington and Aptos as the other two stops en route to finding out who will be the player that receives the US Open main draw wild card. As usual, this is a nice chance for lower-ranked American players to put their name on the player’s list for the last Grand Slam tournament of the season, and to avoid the qualifications. The wild card will go to the player who scores the most points in 2 Challengers, as two best results are in the count.
