Cosart will start Monday in place of Chen

MIAMI — At a time the Marlins are in the market for starting pitching depth, the club is now bracing to be without left-hander Wei-Yin Chen, who will miss at least one start because of an undisclosed issue.
Miami is prepared to replace Chen with right-hander Jarred Cosart. The Marlins have not confirmed any news regarding Chen or who will start in his place.
Andy Slater of 940 AM WINZ was the first to report Chen would miss his outing, and Jon Heyman of MLB Network reported Cosart was being promoted from Triple-A New Orleans.
Chen is 5-4 with a 4.99 ERA over 19 starts in his first season after signing with Miami as a free agent. He last pitched on Wednesday at Philadelphia and surrendered four earned runs on 11 hits over 5 1/3 …
