With defending champion, Andy Murray opting to train in Mallorca before the Olympics in conjunction with the withdrawals of former champions, Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal, the Roger’s Cup has been left with little star power. As of now, Novak Djokovic is still scheduled to play and Canada’s favorite son, Milos Raonic will also be in attendance.
The Roger’s Cup is one of the nine Master’s 1000 events, which take place annually on the ATP World Tour. These events usually boast the best and brightest stars in tennis.
