Long handed new Saints deal

Republic of Ireland international Shane Long has signed a new four-year contract which will keep him at Southampton until 2020.
The 29-year-old forward joined from Hull ahead of the 2014-15 season, and scored eight goals that season, before bagging 13 last term as Southampton finished sixth in the Premier League.
The former Reading and West Brom man is also a regular starter for the Republic of Ireland and recently helped his nation reach the round-of-16 at the European Championships.
Having returned to training on Wednesday, Long has now committed his future to the Saints.
