Marlins prospect injures hand in knife prank

Miami Marlins prospect Stone Garrett is on the disabled list after he was cut on the hand by Class A Greensboro Grasshoppers teammate Josh Naylor during an ill-fated prank involving a knife.
Marlins president of baseball operations Michael Hill told the South Florida Sun-Sentinel that Garrett was placed on the DL on Saturday.
“Naylor has a reputation of being a bit of a prankster, but this one obviously went a little too far,” Hill said Sunday. …
