The men’s singles quarter-final matches at Roland Garros should have concluded till now but that has not been the case, as rain played its part in delaying the schedule. On Thursday, we should finally get the names of the two players, who will fill out the two semi-final spots, in the top-half.
Novak Djokovic (SRB) [1] v/s Tomas Berdych (CZE) [7]: 13:00 PM Local Time, Philippe-Chartrier The first match of the day at Philippe-Chatrier is between Novak Djokovic and Tomas Berdych . It is no secret that a loss suffered in this stage of the tournament would be an opportunity missed for Djokovic. On the other side, Berdych is seeking his first ever Grand Slam trophy, and certainly will try to be a step closer to realising that dream. So far in the tournament, both players have escaped scary moments, and neither was pushed into a five-setter.
