Bears WR Jeffery absent from OTAs

LAKE FOREST, Ill. — Alshon Jeffery’s return trip to Chicago did not include him taking part in the Bears’ voluntary offseason workout program.
Jeffery, who sang during the seventh-inning stretch at Wrigley Field on Saturday, remained absent from organized team activities when the team reconvened at Halas Hall following the long holiday weekend.

Jeffery even posed for a photo with Bears head coach John Fox, who happened to be attending the Cubs vs. Phillies game that day.
