Giants P Cain to 15-day DL with hamstring strain

DENVER — The San Francisco Giants have placed right-hander Matt Cain on the 15-day disabled list with a strained right hamstring.
Cain felt tightness in the second inning against the Colorado Rockies on Friday and exited the game soon after. He had an MRI on Saturday.
