Petra Kvitova: ‘The Conditions weren’t Easy Today’

It was a very complicated first round match for Petra Kvitova today. The Czech beat Danka Kovinic 7-5 in the third set, but was staring at defeat when Kovinic was serving for the match in the 10th game of the set.
According to Kvitova, the heaviness of the court and the balls affected her game in the match. She said, ‘I started pretty well, and I think that the conditions weren’t really easy today.
