Sammy Jo Bell injured at Carlisle

Sammy Jo Bell faces time on the sidelines after she suffered a pelvic fracture from a nasty-looking incident at Carlisle on Friday.
Bell was unseated when Royal Duchess reared up and then fell on top of the jockey on the way down to the start for a seven-furlong handicap.
Her agent Richard Hale said: “Sammy Jo has a fractured pubic bone.
“She has been released from hospital and is probably looking at a month off.”
