Twins to send Rosario to Triple-A

MINNEAPOLIS — The Twins are set to option outfielder Eddie Rosario to Triple-A Rochester and are expected to purchase the contract of former Astros outfielder Robbie Grossman, a source confirmed to MLB.com on Wednesday.
After a promising rookie year, Rosario struggled in 32 games this season, hitting .209/.227/.330 with three homers, five doubles and 11 RBIs. He also struck out 31 times compared to three walks.
