Russell Wilson’s Former NC State Teammate Speaks on QB’s Commencement Speech

At least one of Russell Wilson’s former teammates took umbrage with the details in Wilson’s commencement speech at Wisconsin on Saturday.
During the speech, the Seattle Seahawks quarterback described a scene in which then-North Carolina State football coach Tom O’Brien told him he wasn’t coming back to the school and would never play in the NFL, per Joe Giglio of the News & Observer. Former Wolfpack offensive lineman Kalani Heppe, via Bronce McClain of Carolina Brew Review on Twitter, offered a different account (Warning: Photo below contains NSFW language):
