Periscope, the latest method used for Illegal Betting!

Periscope could be used to carry out illegal betting as it was recently shown during the Rome Open.
A spectator, in one of the secondary courts, took out his phone apparently to record the match. However, his actions were suspicious because he did not move the phone even during an incredible point. He was not nervous, but he seemed like he knew he was doing something wrong. He could have been caught by security and been blacklisted, preventing from attending a tennis match ever again.
