2016 NCAA Division I Menandacutes Championship: Columbia fall to Penn State in a thriller

In a thriller that came down to the final singles match, No. 37 Penn State topped the No. 25 ranked Columbia men’s tennis team, 4-3, in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.
Columbia came away with the top doubles point, as the No. 53 ranked pairing of Michal Rolski and Mike Vermeer controlled David Kohan and Christian Lutschaunig, 6-1. Penn State evened the score with a win in the No. 2 match, before sealing the point with a victory in the No. 3 match.
