Broncos’ Sanders tells rookie QB he’s Thomas

The first time Emmanuel Sanders met with Paxton Lynch — the Broncos’ first-round pick and new quarterback of the future in Denver — he said something strange. Sanders introduced himself as fellow Broncos wideout Demaryius Thomas.
Apparently, Sanders wants more targets this upcoming season, so that’s why he tried to impersonate Thomas. He also wanted to lighten the atmosphere for the rookie.
