The next big event for the tennis caravan is the Rome Open where the season’s fifth Masters 1000 tournament of the year is scheduled will take place.
Presumably, there is no tennis player who doesn’t want to get his hands on the Internazionali BNL d’Italia trophy, but there is a catch. Since 2005, only two players have been able to win the tournament: Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic. The Spaniard holds seven titles (2005-07, 2009-10 and 2012-13) and Serbian has four them in his collection (2008, 2011 and 2014-15), all of them coming in the previously mentioned ongoing streak.
