Nomar Mazara’s hot start to the season has earned the Rangers outfielder American League Rookie of the Month honors for April.
Mazara, the club’s No. 3 prospect per MLB Pipeline, hit .333 with two home runs, two doubles and seven RBIs in his first 17 career games after being promoted from Triple-A Round Rock on April 10.
