Tennis superstar Roger Federer suffered a back injury on Saturday in a practice session, according to Hannah Wilks of Live-Tennis.com. He has already pulled out of one tournament, and an exact return date has yet to be announced.

Federer Pulls Out of Madrid Masters Monday, May 2
