ITF allows Sergey Betov to play again, despite taking Meldonium in January!

World No. 77 in doubles Sergey Betov is the first tennis player who “takes advantage” of the new WADA “rule” for the athletes who took meldonium before it was placed on the list of banned substances, i.e, before 1st March.
