RDA says Khabib needs ‘to work more’ if he wants a title shot

Rafael dos Anjos doesn’t feel like Khabib Nurmagomedov deserves to fight him again just yet. As the current UFC lightweight champion told UFC Brasil, he feels like Khabib is not working hard enough for his crack at the title.
“Khabib hasn’t fought in two years and now he wants a six-month break? A lot of stuff will happen until November. He should fight more. He can’t go around thinking he’ll fight for the belt whenever he wants, especially when his results don’t guarantee that. He just beat a guy who has a second job.”
Dos Anjos believes it’s unfair to wait around for Khabib to fight him in the next semester, as he had to compete on short notice more than once to reach his title …
