Isles coach Capuano hit in face with puck, exits

TAMPA, Fla. — New York Islanders coach Jack Capuano was hit in the face with an errant puck and taken to the locker room with a towel on his face during the third period of Game 1 of the Eastern Conference second-round series against the Tampa Bay Lightning on Wednesday night.
After the puck hit him, Capuano dropped to his knees and was quickly tended to by a team trainer.
Assistant coach Doug Weight took over as bench boss.
