Report: Mariners CEO Lincoln set to retire

SEATTLE — Howard Lincoln, who has been the Mariners’ chairman and CEO since 1999, is expected to announce his retirement on Wednesday, according to the Seattle Times.
The club has not confirmed Lincoln’s decision, but a 3 p.m. PT news conference is scheduled at Safeco Field.
