TravisDaniels American Forward Travis Daniels (202-F-92) put on an amazing game in the last round for Balkan, receiving a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 12.The 24-year old player had a double-double of 23 points and 10 rebounds, while his team crushed Akademik PL (#3, 6-4) with 20-point margin 94-74. The game was between two of the league’s top four teams. Balkan is placed at 4th position in Bulgarian NBL. Balkan is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 6-5 record. In the team’s last game Daniels had a remarkable 80.0% from 2-point range. It was one of impressive evenings for him as usually he does not deliver so high stats.
