GiorgiTsintsadze 30-year old point guard Giorgi Tsintsadze (192-PG-86) put on an amazing game in the last round for second-ranked Kutaisi and receives a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 12.He had the game-high 24 points adding seven rebounds and seven assists for Kutaisi in his team’s victory, helping them to edge out Batumi (#4, 6-6) 80-77. The game was between two of the league’s top four teams. Kutaisi maintains the 2nd position in Georgian league. Kutaisi has a very good season and are considered to have a run for the championship title. They improved their record to 9-1. In the team’s last game Tsintsadze had a remarkable 57.1% from 2-point range and got three three-pointers out of 6 attempts. He turned to be Kutaisi’s top player in his first season with the team.
