Tanzania youngster suddenly dies on the pitch

Mwanza based Mbao FC could not celebrate its 2-0 victory over Mwadui in Tanzania U-20 League after their top striker, Ismail Mrisho Khalfan died suddenly following a tackle by an opponent in their match on Sunday (4 December 2016).
Khalfan who scored the opener for his side was fouled in the second half but struggled to get off the ground, and after a while he was pronounced dead.
