Ramirez, Lopez stepping up against each other

Undefeated featherweight prospects Julian Ramirez (16-0, 8 KOs) and Abraham Lopez (20-0-1, 15 KOs) are both excited to get a chance to step up in competition against each other and to do so on HBO when they meet June 4 (10:30 p.m. ET/PT) at the StubHub Center in Carson, California, on the undercard of junior lightweight titleholder Francisco Vargas’ much-anticipated battle against former titleholder Orlando Salido.
Ramirez-Lopez is a significant fight for both young men, who will be fighting at home in Southern California.
