Crew sees slow progress from Garza, Knebel

MINNEAPOLIS — The Brewers’ long road trip ended on Tuesday with only scant progress for starting pitcher Matt Garza and reliever Corey Knebel, both of whom traveled with the team to St. Louis, Pittsburgh and Minneapolis but haven’t yet resumed throwing.
Garza is on the 15-day disabled list with a strained right lat, and Knebel is out with a strained left oblique.
