Slovenia – Ferme number one in Slovenia for round 8

Tadej Ferme Point guard Tadej Ferme (185-PG-91) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Rogaska, receiving a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 8.The 25-year old player was the main contributor (32 points, four rebounds and eight assists) to his team’s victory, helping them to crush Helios (5-3) with 16-point margin 83-67. Rogaska is placed at 5th position in Slovenian Telemach League. They would have been even better if they hadn’t lost a few games earlier this season. Rogaska will need more victories to improve their 5-3 record. In the team’s last game Ferme had a remarkable nine three-pointers out of 15 attempts. He has many years of experience at Rogaska, through which he has constantly improved. Tadej Ferme has solid league stats. He is in league’s top in points (9th best: 14.0ppg) and averages impressive 55.2% FGP.The second best player in last round’s games was 23-year old international center Ziga Dimec (211-C-93) of league’s second-best Krka.
