RichardHowell Naturalized American Richard Howell (203-PF-90) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Hapoel T-A and that’s him to receive a Usbasket.com Player of the Week award for round 8.The 26-year old power forward had a double-double of 22 points and twelve rebounds, while his team beat Ironi Nahariya (#9, 3-5) 86-77. Hapoel T-A is placed at 3rd position in Israeli Winner League. They would have been even better if they hadn’t lost a few games earlier this season. Hapoel T-A will need more victories to improve their 5-3 record. Howell turned to be Hapoel T-A’s top player in his first season with the team. North Carolina State University graduate has very impressive stats this year.
