Newman, Tunka and Anton overall winners of the race series in Auckland

27/11/2016 – After four days of exciting racing in New Zealand where athletes not only fought for wins but also for a share of $60,000 prize money fund we have names of the overall winners. European paddlers did well in three categories with Nouria Newman (FRA) taking a win in women’s kayak event, Ondrej Tunka (CZE) was the most successful in men’s kayak and Franz Anton (GER) in men’s C1. Rosalyn Lawrence (AUS) was the best in women’s C1.
