Lausanne, Switzerland, November 21, 2016 – Spain’s leading women’s beach volleyball duo Liliana Fernandez and Elsa Baquerizo have plenty to look back on from 2016 as they look forward to beginning their 10th season as a team together.
They closed the 2016 season in bitter-sweet fashion. First they were knocked out of the Rio de Janeiro 2016 Olympic Games at the first knockout round after showing great form in the pool rounds.
