Goldberg, Engel, May added to 40-man

CHICAGO — It has been quite a year for Brad Goldberg. The 10th-round selection in the 2013 Draft posted a 2.70 ERA with 10 saves for the White Sox Triple-A affiliate in Charlotte and Double-A club in Birmingham in ’16, finding a self-described comfortable fit within the organization. Goldberg, 26, also tallied two saves for Team Israel, helping achieve its first qualification for the ’17 World Baseball Classic.
