Aljaz Slutej Slovenian Guard Aljaz Slutej (188-G-96) had a great game in the last round for Benfica B, receiving a Eurobasket.com Proliga Player of the Week award for round 4.The 20-year old player was the main contributor (28 points, four rebounds and four assists) to as his team Benfica B moved-up to the 4th position in their group in Portuguese Proliga. They would have been even better if they hadn’t lost that single game earlier this season. Benfica B will need to avoid more loses keep or improve their 2-1 record. In the team’s last game Slutej had a remarkable 75.0% from 2-point range. He turned to be Benfica B’s top player in his first season with the team. Aljaz Slutej has solid league stats.
