Twins announce 2017 Spring Training schedule

MINNEAPOLIS — The Twins on Monday announced their 2017 Spring Training schedule, which includes exhibition games against the World Baseball Classic’s Team USA and Team Colombia.
The World Baseball Classic returns next year, which means the Twins report to their Spring Training facility in Fort Myers, Fla., earlier than usual. Pitchers and catchers are scheduled to report on Feb. 13, with their first workout the following day. The rest of the club reports on Feb. 18, with the first workout set for Feb. 19. Last season, pitchers and catchers reported on Feb. 21, with the rest of the team arriving by Feb. 26.
