TerranceMotley American Forward Terrance Motley (201-F-91) had an amazing evening in the last round for second-ranked FSu, receiving a Eurobasket.com D1 Player of the Week award for round 1.The 25-year old player had a double-double of 31 points and 15 rebounds, while his team crushed, the league’s bottom-ranked team IA (#8, 0-1) with 17-point margin 82-65. FSU is placed at 2nd position in Icelandic D1. But it’s just the very beginning of the season and FSU won just one (their first) game. It’s too early to say anything as the standings can be changed completely after next round. In the team’s last game Motley had a remarkable 61.1% from 2-point range. He turned to be FSU’s top player in his first season with the team.The second best player in last round’s games was 29-year old Serbian Nebojsa Knezevic (196-F/G-87) of Vestri. Knezevic had a very good evening with a double-double of 31 points and 16 rebounds. Bad luck as Vestri lost that game 72-86 to Breidablik (1-0).
